Stan Meyer did not consume loads of Amp to generate Hydroxy. Challenge is to consume less Amp (typically less than 1 or 2 Amp) at lesser voltage (e.g. 12 VDC) and produce great volume of Hydroxy enough to run your engine typically, 1, 2 or more LPM.

This device gives you the power of Electronics Engineering that successful researchers like Stan Meyer, Dave Lawton, Ravi Raju and others used in their experiments. Pls. refer Stan Mayer’s patents for more details.

What this device offers is complete control on the process. For example, Oscillator and Gating can be controlled for frequency and duty cycle. Oscillator can be run without introducing Gating. Frequency can be varied from 0 -500 KHz smoothly using a 3 selectable sub-range for finer tuning. Inbuilt Amp display to give you accurate reading of current being consumed.

HHO technology is evolving and there are no set formulas explaining relationship between various parameters.

It is a fact that, spacing between electrodes, properties of water / electrolyte, ambient temperature / pressure, type of current applied, voltage, etc. greatly affect the electrolysis process. In every HHO cell, these parameters vary and one need to find the exact balance among various parts and parameters. In a given test setup, after setting the material and physical properties of water, electrolyte, electrodes and cell housing only thing one can modify is the frequency .

Q3.  What guarantee that this will not burn ?

Ans. NO GUARANTEE.

Not because the device is not rated for the specified values, but since different HHO generators behave differently for various reasons leading to failure of a PWM.

Many people use catalysts like KOH or NaOH to achieve better LPM (Liter per Minute) of HHO production. A PWM does its job perfectly as long as concentration of catalyst in the water is optimal. However in practice, after few hours of operation some of the water in HHO cell gets consumed (converted into HHO) resulting in increased concentration of catalyst which in turn increases Ampere draw beyond specified value causing a PWM to fail. Sometimes, HHO cell too gets damaged due to increase in temperature of water, affecting the HHO production.
