GENERAL
Q. What is the HydroxyGarage HHO Fuel Cell ?
It is an Electrolysis system for converting water into Hydrogen and Oxygen
gas. Hydroxy Gas (also called HHO, Brown Gas and OxyHydrogen) when as a
supplemental fuel for any internal combustion engine which uses gasoline or
diesel, increases the efficiency of the combustion process deriving more
energy and lesser harmful emissions.
Q. What are the advantage of using Hydroxy gas as a
supplemental fuel in an internal combustion engine ?
Advantages are many.

Q. What type of routine maintenance is involved ?
Maintaining a required level of water is a must
for best efficiency. You may also fill it with fresh water and electrolyte
after draining and flushing it after 3-4 months.
Q. Should I use Distilled water or tap water ?
Distilled water is basically pure water. Other
types of water like tap water, mineral water, pond water, sea water, etc.,
will work but they will also quickly cause the electrolyte to become “muddy”
due to the minerals and impurities in the water. The muddy electrolyte will
build up on the generator plates and act as an insulator causing HHO gas
production to suffer.
Q. How much gain in MPG shall I get on my vehicle ?
Fuel savings depend on several variables
including the condition of individual engines and components, engine size,
driving habits, proper tuning and so forth. It is really impossible to give
an accurate fuel savings amount for any particular vehicle without knowing
all the basic information.
Q. My Car has a 3.0 liter engine. Will the system
work for me ?
The short answer is yes. For actual MPG gain,
you need to provide more details.
Q. Is there any Tax Incentives to upgrade my
vehicle to a Hydrogen Hybrid ?
The USA federal government and most state
governments offer incentives for Alternative Fuel Vehicles. Pls. visit

Pls. also check with your accountant or tax advisor for more details. Buyers

Q. Does installing HHO system
affect product warranty on my new Car ?
According to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty –
Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act of 1975, aftermarket equipment
which improves performance does not void a vehicle manufacturer's original
warranty, unless the warranty clearly and conspicuously states that
aftermarket equipment voids the warranty.
To find out if any aftermarket equipment
automatically voids your vehicle's warranty, check the owner's manual. If
you read something like "What Is Not Covered" it does not imply that
the products would void the vehicle warranty.
It simply mans the manufacturer does not cover
the aftermarket products themselves.

PWM really useful ?
Yes, if you wish to employ advanced electrolysis for your HHO project. No,
if you wish to continue using conventional electrolysis.
Conventional Electrolysis uses brute force of electricity to dissociate
water molecule into Hydrogen and Oxygen. Advanced electrolysis being
researched as
HHO system thru PWM uses a combination of square wave DC, frequency of
pulses, duty cycle, etc.. This prevents thermal runaway (rise of temperature
of water) and increases the efficiency of operation giving more gas output
compared to conventional electrolysis.
Remember, we are not
selling a PWM, but a DC Gated Pulse Generator.
How does a PWM compare with DC Gated Pulse Generator ?
DC Gated Pulse Generator is designed for serious HHO
Researchers and Hobbyist.
We are not here to make
quick bucks by making cheap products to compete with others !!! We are a
team of qualified Engineers and Physicist with 12-15 years of industry
experience in research, product development and manufacturing. We are not
here to make something on some stray ideas and leave it to you to make it

Stan Meyer did not consume
loads of Amp to generate Hydroxy. Challenge is to consume less Amp
(typically less than 1 or 2 Amp) at lesser voltage (e.g. 12 VDC) and produce
great volume of Hydroxy enough to run your engine typically, 1, 2 or more
LPM.

What should I expect of DC Gated Pulse Generator ?

This device gives you the
power of Electronics Engineering that successful researchers like Stan
Meyer, Dave Lawton, Ravi Raju and others used in their experiments. Pls.

What this device offers is
complete control on the process. For example, Oscillator and Gating can be
controlled for frequency and duty cycle. Oscillator can be run without
introducing Gating. Frequency can be varied from 0 -500 KHz smoothly using a
3 selectable sub-range for finer tuning. Inbuilt Amp display to give you
accurate reading of current being consumed.
How is the Frequency of pulsed DC current useful ?
HHO technology is evolving
and there are no set formulas explaining relationship between various
parameters.
It is a fact that, spacing
between electrodes, properties of water / electrolyte, ambient temperature /
pressure, type of current applied, voltage, etc. greatly affect the
electrolysis process. In every HHO cell, these parameters vary and one need
to find the exact balance among various parts and parameters. In a given
test setup, after setting the material and physical properties of water,
electrolyte, electrodes and cell housing only thing one can modify is the
electrical parameter like Volt, Amp, Frequency, etc.
If you believe that this
is not conventional electrolysis and keep your mind open to wild
possibilities (except that it should work at low wattage (Volt x Amp), this
device is a suitable tool to explore the unknown…

What is guarantee that
DC Gated Pulse Generator will not burn ?
NO GUARANTEE.
Not because the device is
not rated for the specified values, but since different HHO generators
behave differently for various reasons leading to failure of a PWM.
Many people use catalysts
like KOH or NaOH to achieve better LPM (Liter per Minute) of HHO production.
A PWM does its job perfectly as long as concentration of catalyst in
the water is optimal. However in practice, after few hours of operation some
of the water in HHO cell gets consumed (converted into HHO) resulting in
increased concentration of catalyst which in turn increases Ampere draw
beyond specified value causing a PWM to fail. Sometimes, HHO cell too gets
damaged due to increase in temperature of water, affecting the HHO
production.
Many hobbyists and
amateurs are not aware of this behavior of HHO cell while using catalysts
and see their PWM burned.
We stand guaranteed for
the performance of our DC Gated Pulse Generator as specified. However, you
must understand that there are many reasons for the device to fail apart
from higher Amp, like back EMF, component failure, human errors, etc..
There is practically no
scope for failure as though the device is designed to work at 6A without the
heat sink and fan, we have included it to safeguard it when ambient
temperature is higher. The product also has protection against back EMF when
you are using a coil i.e. inductive load upto certain low frequencies.
For a HHO cell using
catalyst like NaOH or KOH,
we need an intelligent Pulsing Circuit which monitors several key parameters
of the electrolysis process and control the operation. One such product is

All shipments of value US$ 2000 and more are insured by us. For shipments of
smaller values, insurance can be arranged upon request.
What
is normal delivery Lead Time ?

Bank A/c. or PayPal A/c. Products requiring
custom specification or products which are under development/
